Dell will have to reinvent itself to succeed. Hopefully now that Michael Dell is back and running the show he will be able to pull it off. I don't think it is too late, but they do have a lot of catch up to do. Their reputation of being able to produce high quality enterprise class hardware is slipping. HP and IBM are coming out with some really nice stuff priced just as competitively. It will be interesting to see what M. Dell can do to revive this company. He'll have to pull a Steve Jobs to make this work.
